willys jeep sedan delivery

1961 Willys Sedan Delivery, 2wd project car. It has been parked in the garage for years. The engine was rebuilt but never installed. Pistons are frozen in the cylinders. There is an uninstalled reconditioned head. The front springs have been resprung and the front spindles professionally rebuilt. Some minor rust around right rear wheel well. Dents and rust around left wheel well. Some pitting along bottom of rear doors. No other dents or deep rust. The trans has a few hundred miles on a professional rebuild; never sat on the ground. New front floor panel not installed. Clean title but has not been registered for many years.
