Car description |

Nice restored 1944 GPW ford.Transferable registration .
Older restoratio, was used to do car shows only. This is a turn key vehicle or should I say turn key flip on coil and press starter switch on floor.Engine rebuilt as well as transmission axles brakes etc.I am not sure speedometer reflects actual mileage but drive train has 100 miles or less since restoration.Service manuals included.Everything works as it should.Frame was etch primed during restoratio, top coat of military green is flaky in a few spots,so a little respraying is in order.New radiator cost 500.00 plus.Comes with tow bar for easy transportation.Motor is a Willy’s.Fram, transmissio, drive train are ford 1944.The original body was very corroded so a replacement tub was sourced from Sarafan (military surplus,in spring valley NY.)I have been told by other enthusiasts that the tub would be considered a reproduction. If you want pictures of any specific area, please ask.I do not know if this jeep saw action but it certainly is possible. If you can find any records using the vin number please let me know.Prior owner was a WW2 veteran but i cant ask him as he is gone thru the pearly gates.I will add more information to listing as i find it.Tons of receipts.I have a lot of extra parts that will be listed and sold in the near future.I have a machine gun mount 30cal etc for your consideration. Please ask for details.
Come take a look.......own a piece of history.
Rifle is not included.
