The Jeepster was produced just three years, 948, 949 and 1950 with some of the leftover 1950's sold as 1951 models such as this one. The pictures show the rust or damaged areas that need repair. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being easiest and 10 being most difficult to restore I would grade this one at 7. It does need some sheet metal work to repair rust but the car is worth saving. The motor runs by pouring gas in carb but the fuel system needs repair. The rear bumper is the original, verystraight and does feature the "Willys Overland" stamp which is hard to find. The front bumper has slight bend in it but could be straightened. The transmission is the three speed manual which shifted from the steering column. The window frames are there though they need complete restoration. Everything I have for it is pictured. If the vehicle doesn't sale it will be parted out. Feel free to contact me for parts pricing and availability. This is a NO reserve auction so bid to own it. If you need transport I will assist in loading but you must make arrangements. Payment must be made within three days of auction end unless other arrangements are made before bidding. This vehicle is located 30 miles South of Atlanta Georgia. Georgia is not a title state so ownership will transfer with bill of sale only.
