Old 1990 740, missing trim and has something wrong with the electrical system whereupon the battery drains when the engine is on or off. Might be one or more stuck relays, might be something more complex. Car does start with some difficulty (in-tank fuel pump decommissioned years ago and replaced with an in-line pump mounted on the undercarriage). The car in general needs lots of work inside and out.
