Up For Auction is this really rare 1961 Volvo P1800 - VIN Number 1260
Matching Factory B18 Engine ( #1694)Rare Color Code 70 (Red)
M41 +OD TransmissionLast Owner had it since 1985.
Clean & Clear Title
Please see the additional 50 Photos at the Link Below! Happy Bidding!
This 1961 Volvo P1800 was shipped from the Jensen Factory in England on December 4th 1961 and exported to the USA. It still holds the factory Red (color code 70) and matching engine and transmission.
This P1800 was stored in a shop since 1994 in Oregon, very cool find and quite rare. It rolls nicely and the e brake is functional, nothing else has been tested. It does come with a Clean and Clear Title, workshop manuals and some older paperwork.
The interior looks to have been updated so a different type of upholstery in the late 80's, the stock Jensen style rear interior is unique for this model. The Dash boards (top and bottom) are in amazing shape, no cracks. The rare Jensen tachometer with lower 5500rpm gauge is still with the car. The clock, speedometer, oil and gas gauge all look to be stock.
The body on this P1800 does shoes some rust in the rocker panel area, lower rear quarter areas and some in the shorter cross member under the driver seat. Looks to have an older repaint from the later 70's or early 80's. There are a few dings on the body, one on the front main nose and another in the rear.
Currently the front right chrome trim spear is not attached.
These are the stock items it's missing. The front grille and air cowl, front turn signal lenses, radio, stock key, front and rear badging.
I know a lot about these Volvo 1800's. This Jensen will require a full repaint, mechanical rebuilding and a new interior but the value would be between $65-70k for a nice sorted P1800 Jensen model.
Please only bid if you have the funds ready to pay within 5 business day, no excuses please. :)

Please message me or contact me with any questions or an offer 425-243-9204 - Overseas bidders are welcome. I can hold the car for as long as you need, I can also help get shipping quotes from various auto transporters. It will need to be picked up with a short tow truck, then taken to a larger transporter if possible, ebrake does work. I have used a few good companies for shipping, I can help you find a good price for going overseas if needed. This 1800 is sold as is, no returns so please look at all the photos. This is a very rare car that deserves to be restored!
If you have a ZERO rating or under 5, please message me before bidding.
A $1000 deposit is due within 12 hours and the remainder is due via Paypal or Bank Wire within 5 days. Please only bid if you have permission and the funds. :)
