You are bidding on a 1964 Volvo P1800S
I don't have too much information on this car but will disclose all that I know.
This P1800 was imported from Europe to the US in the 70's, driven until about 1992 and then was parked in a barn where it sat until about 2016 when I purchased it.
It appears the previous owner was trying to repair some of the rust spots that began to form but never got around to finishing the project. The body is showing some light surface rust spots near the moldings and the lower rocker area. The rust spots on the upper panels appear to be surface and the metal there is still fairly solid.
Most of the chrome is intact and will need minor restoration to look great again.
We got the engine running to make sure that it wasn't seized up and it almost fired right up after we cleaned thecarburetor and gave it fresh fuel. ENGINE RUNS.
The tires are dry rotted and will need replacement. They do however hold air. The car rolls. The brakes are free (not locked up) but will need to be cleaned and inspected.
The factory color red (code 46) and the interior color is Red and black (code 308-266).
The odometer is showing 1585 miles.
The car is being sold as is.
Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to provide any information I can.
Thank you and good luck.On May-02-17 at 07:19:11 PDT, seller added the following information:
