This 240 is equipped with an economical 4 cylinder, on-turbo gas engine and 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission. The color scheme is a beautiful medium grey metallic exterior with black vinyl interior in very nice condition. Both front seats have been recovered with new covers. Factory equipped with power windows & locks and cruise control. Also included are Volvo OEM all weather floor trays, arpeted floor mats and the rare cup holder flip down armrest. The air conditioning system has been properly converted to R-134 refrigerant using factory Volvo parts and blows cold. At 163,410 miles the service included new: timing belt, ront shaft seals, ccessory belts, ir filter, park plugs, ap and rotor. All service is current. 170,910 miles on this car. The paint and interior are in very good condition. The black trim around the side windows was refinished last year. This 240 runs and drives very well. This vehicle received a Salvage Title at the request of the charity that this vehicle was donated to by it's original owner. This is a common practice when charities sell vehicles through auctions. There was no accident that resulted in the Salvage title. Classic Corral bought this vehicle from "Giants Fund" charity in California and had it shipped to Oregon. The current owner bought it from Classic Corral approximately 1 year ago. The current owner is the second registered owner of this Volvo 240. He has moved to the larger Volvo 940 wagon and is selling this car because he no longer needs it. Classic Corral is representing the car for sale for him.
