1969 VW Westy 1969 VW TIN TOP WESTFALIA This my personally ownedWesty and I'm very fond of it. I havea classic car brokerage but this bus ismy own. I'm offering it for sale to off set the cost of the new truck I just bought for my business. This Bus is practically all original and would be an easy restoration ifsomeone was inclined todo so. It runs & drives very well! I've takenit all over with my family and its very solid! Of course no 46 year old vehicle will be perfect, ut this is not a basket case by any means! Motor: 1600sp single 32 pict carb & stock muffler. Receviced recent full tune up & is a healthy little motor with little to no leaks Transmission: 4 speed manual gear box, ose into every gear just fine. Brakes: Recently replaced lines & shoes. Stops like it should. Suspension:Everything is correct no issues Body: Overall very straight, ite rust around some of the edges. With a little body filler found. Would be an easy repair & repaint but I enjoyed the vintage look & feel of it how it is Interior: About as original as it gets. Of course has signs of wear due to its age but I got a kick out of how well its held up and kept it original. Overall: Really solid bus that would be an easy restore or just enjoy it the way it is.
