Here is a simple, lean, nmolested, traight, nd rust free example of the iconic Volkswagen Beetle. This car has the original, nd perfectly smooth and operable, and crank sunroof. There are four new tires, new carburetor, lean and undamaged front and rear seats, ice blue interior door panels and rear quarter panels, nd the original radio (not connected). The original gas gauge is present, ut not wired to the gas tank. The carpets are terrific and without rips or tears. Both windows roll up and down without issue. The brakes are terrific and stop firmly and straight every single time. With the new carburetor, here is a new throttle linkage. The linkage is a little stiff and subsequently causing the car to idle a little fast. It needs to be adjusted to save gas or you can drive it perfectly fine as it is. The car accelerates smoothly and cleanly, nd can cruise at freeway speeds (slow lane of course). The clutch take up is smooth and clean. The transmission shifts properly and without any grinding. The headlights, aillights, rake lights, urn signals, nd license plate light all work perfectly. The driver side headlamp glass cover is cracked, ut this doesn't affect the performance of the light itself. It still shines brightly! The car has the normal nicks, hips, nd marks that a 50 year old car will accumulate. Inside of the front trunk area, here are signs of some type of body work that was competently completed to the driver side front fender area. Registration is paid and current until March 2016.
