1975 Volkswagen Super Beetle Sunroof – 1600cc dual port, 4-speed manual.
The following is a list of new parts that have been installed on it: IDF 44 carb, taillight lenses, headlights, headlight dimmer relay, ALL engine tin, firewall seal, battery, all fuel hoses have been replaced along with the fuel tank, EMPI quick shift kit, urethane shift coupler, shift rod bushing, clutch cable, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, pilot bearing/gland nut, windshield seal, black carpet with carpet padding and heat shielding, header, muffler, pertronix flame thrower coil, pertronix ignitor ignition, all dash bulbs & sockets, pertronix flame thrower plug wires, front seatbelts, rear seatbelts, sunroof seal (not installed currently), ALL weatherstripping (not installed), rear shocks, front suspension rebuild with urethane bushings, front shocks, front coils, adjustable strut towers, wheel bearings, rear axles, CV joints, boots, fiberglass rear fenders, fender beading, fuel pump, throttle cable, transmission mount, and EMPI wheels. Tires are in great condition.
On top of all of this, it has a fresh 1600cc DP long block & transaxle with less than 700 miles since they were built. The car is already lowered a couple of inches. Additionally, it has a freshly done alignment and even has a cup holder. It definitely needs a paint job, but it’s completely solid mechanically. Keep in mind, the speedometer and heater do not work at this time. The stereo isn’t the best, but it’s not too bad either. This vehicle also includes a set of spare stock wheels and all of my spare nuts/bolts/parts.I’m open to reasonable offers. If you have any other questions or would like additional pictures of anything please message me!
Keep in mind - This vehicle would NOT drive right now. It needs linkage for the carb to allow the throttle pedal to function. It will idle though.
