just when you thought I was done hold up there's more
This is a 1600cc 1.6L 4 cly engine less than 5000 miles on complete rebuild engine
All original body panels and rocker panels in great condition
rust free floors but has a little surface rust under slidingdoor rocker
not your average 1968 Volkswagen bus it runs, drives, shifts, handles, stears, and functions like it should
this is a true survivor not your average run of the mill beat up bus or I would have not put the time, effort and the money in this vehicle
this bus was elderly owned and stored for many years in a garage before I acquired it
By the mid-’60s, the Volkswagen bus was becoming synonymous with freewheeling young Baby Boomers. For the 1968 model year, VW introduced the second-generation microbus, known as the T2. The funky two-pane windshield was gone, the body was more substantial, and it had a slightly more powerful engine with the 1.6L 4cly engine
