1979 VW Transporter Bus, Bay Window, Survivor, NO RESERVE

SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW OVER 100 Pics and VIDEO...1979 Volkswagen T3 Bay Window Bus - Runs & DrivesNO RESERVE AUCTION Last High Bid Wins....We found this 79 Bay Window here in the Fort Worth Texas area were she has spent most of her life. We did NOT clear-coat the paint on this bus, when we found her all we did was a good clean and about 5 hours of polishing and buffing her out and this is what was under the dirt. The last time she was registered for road use was 15 years ago. She is extremely solid; does have the typical rust at the two spots where the factory holes are on the floor near the side sliding door. We cleaned out the fuel system, did some work on the carburetor's, spark plugs changed out, fuel filters and she fires ups and drives with good power. The clutch and transmission works as she should. The ignition key has been changed to turn the key and push a button to start. All the glass is good, some of the door gaskets could use replaced as they are original.
