1986 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia Weekender Subaru Auto

Up for sale for the holidays is my beloved camper van which I have owned for 10 years. So much work with love has been done to Ms. Brown including a completely rebuilt 2.2 liter Subaru engine and wire harness installed by the Bus Lab in Berkeley CA. Those guys are incredible and this van has performed perfectly ever since. 30k miles on thenew Subaru since install. All records kept. Conventional oil used and never regretted. New automatic transmission installed recently with less than 2500 miles. German axles, transmission cooler, new radiator and stainless coolant lines, new Subaru red fuel injectors( not cheap), big brake kit, high output headlight kit, and go westy steel bumpers, custom removable rack on back that holds water/gas cans and a bike rack. New high density foam and upgraded vinyl interior.Van does not have a/c as I chose not to install at time of motor conversion. I have driven old air cooled buses my entire life and never had a/c. Never missed it as the van gets plenty air flow and now it has his/her cabinets instead. Love the van! You will too!!
