1972 Volkswagen Tin Top Transporter. Eastern Washington bus with very minimal rust. Body is in good condition, cargo floor has some surface rust. Rockers and under carriage are in good condition. Driver/ passenger front floor in good condition. Headliner over drivers side has hole in it, other than that the headliner is in fair condition. Engine was changed to a 1600 dual port upright. Current mileage on engine is unknown . Body says 85,123 miles on it current body mileage also unknown. It Runs goo, was told it had been rebuilt 4 years ago. Brakes are new, Both discs and drums( although may need some adjusting). Axel boots have been replaced. Runs and stops can easily be made into a daily driver. Steering box may need some adjustments.Spare tire included. All hubcaps are included. Bumpers are in good condition. With a few surface marks or light dings but no major damage on them. Paint has some patina on front drivers side of the nose as shown in the pictures. Glass all in good shape, no broken windows or cracks on any of them. Interior panels all included (except for rear panel) and in good condition. Turn signals and lights are in working condition. Has 2 Volvo seats as driver and passenger seats. Original 2 seats were taken out by previous owner. No middle seat, although the original rear seat is included. There is a stain on the seat that I’ve tried to remove but might need more work trying to get it clean. Previous owner installed a propane heater with tank and vent behind the drivers side as u can see in the pictures. Needs a little body work but nothing major, a few dings such as the one behind the drivers side. Overall a very solid bus that could be made into a excellent daily driver.
