1966 VW Single Cab - Price: 22000 OBO

Own a piece of Seattle-Portland beer scene history! For the past 15 years the purple "Beerfest Bus" has been quite possibly the most photographed VW in OR/WA, serving as official mascot for both the Seattle and Portland International Beerfests. We just removed all the branding and logos so it ready for the next life.

This '66 performs perfectly and would make a great daily driver, promotional vehicle, or awesome candidate for a full resto project. We drive it roughly 700 miles per year. It has 10.6K easy miles on the new engine and can do 65 mph all day. Everything works great. All lights, signals, gates, etc. It's been stored under a 3-sided carport with a custom Gore-Tex Single Cab car cover (comes w/ truck) and has only been in the rain maybe 7-10 times in 15 years. It's not perfect but it's very reliable and quite a beauty. Sure it has some rust, but it's manageable. Even though we keep it covered this is still Seattle so...

FULL DISCLOSURE:I'm not a gearhead and don't know the mechanical lingo, but I've kept pretty good records and have all the work done by pros at the best places in town.
