Van is in good condition; well-maintained, garaged, PA inspected and registered every year. Has been in our family for almost 30 years now. We're moving to retirement home, so our camping days are over L

1.9 L water cooled engine; manual transmission, 150,000 miles.

Tires, alternator, and battery all replaced last year

New radio/CD player with front and rear speakers

Includes optional middle seat to convert into passenger van

Swivel front seats; pop-up top w/bunk bed

Back seat folds down into bed

Curtains in good condition, includes front and rear privacy curtains

As Is Condition:

Body has a little rust and a few small dents

Small oil leak from front engine cover

Slight fluid leak from transmission

Exhaust pipes are warped and will need new exhaust manifolds and cross over pipe to pass next inspection

Needs windshield washer fluid tank

Skylight main gasket replaced in July, 2019 but still has small leak around bolts

Camper components (sink, refrigerator, and stove) need work:

LP gas system needs new tank and probably new piping

City water input pipe leaks, faucet works OK

Water storage tank inlet has a locked cover, key has been lost, unable to assess condition of storage tank or piping, water pump sounds like it works

Refrigerator does not work in any of the 3 modes: gas, DC electric, or AC electric

AC electric hookup does work

Needs new antenna

Fuel level and tachometer dash dials erratic (bad/loose connection up under dash)
