62 1962 vw bug beetle rag top rust free project NO RESERVE

bought this off a freind motor is good trans is good its a project it is missing a few things not all sure what, needs some wiring to get it to start, its missing something for the throttle pedal, not sure what, it comes with all parts in the pics, just have to many cars to mess with this one was going to put a suped up 1835 in it but my buddy says its worth more stock so im saling her as she sits with all parts in the pics alot of new things were bought for this bug but she is a unfinsihed project plates are on non opp so no back fees,, PAYPAL DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
