1967 Baja Ghia. Turn key get in it and go. I’ve owned the car for several years and have had my fun with it. Kids and work are taking up all my time so she just sits in the garage. I keep up on exercising her and keeping clean fuel in her but she needs a new home. Too cool a car to be stuck inside. The car gets a ton of attention when I’m driving around. I had the stock dual port rebuilt by an excellent mechanic/machinist and he did an amazing job. It’s now a 1776cc I used only top quality parts and upgraded every part used when given the choice between stock or best. It’s got all new pistons, valves, bearings, the works! Bigger oil pump, mild cam, stainless push rod tubes hardened valves, on and on,no expense spared. 3,000 on the rebuild. Motor ran fine before rebuild just wasn’t making the oil pressure I expected so redid the whole thing. Planned on hanging on to the car so why not. I replaced the steering gear with a rebuilt one. New window rubbers on front back and windows/doors.It has dual carbs and electronic ignition so no more monkeying around with points and timing. Just runs well every time. Has stinger exhaust and sounds bad ass. It’s definately a hoolagan ride. Handles well, has a sports car feel.its a 51 years old same as me but in better shape than me, lol. It’s not perfect has some scratches here and there but looks good. I put some Large LED driving lights up front instead of the KCs that are in the pictures. Lights up real nice when your off road. It has street tires on it right now as all my driving is on country roads and forest service roads. It’s been well cared for and not abused. I’d like to pass the car on to somebody that will appreciate it as I have. Anyway there’s more I could say but that’s the basics. Any questions I will be happy to answer to the best of my ability. I will be completely honest and expect the same from potential buyers. The car is located in Northern Ca and I can store the car for up to two weeks after sale or assist with shipping as long as funds have cleared into my account. I will include a tow bar if you come pick it up and I have another exhaust system that is quieter that I will also include. Good luck and get ready to take a ride on the wild side!!
