1961 German VW Split Window Bus With Air-Ride 1776 Motor

Original 1961 German Production Split Window Bus. Safari Windows. Professionally converted to Right Hand Drive with raised steering box, allowing you to drive in the lowered position without scrapping. Front and Rear air bags give it a low rider look or drive it raised depending upon your preference. 1776 motor with Freeway Flyer transmission gears. Electric oil cooler, dual carbs and Porsche type fan shroud/components. Runs, drives and stops with no issues (no parking brake). Camper interior with Z-bed couch/sleeper. Does have some of the usual rust primarily in the lower portions and floors. Please note scrape on drivers side in front of rear wheel (not that visible in pics) Mostly original Dove Blue paint with blend ins and clear coated. Fun little bus that gets a lot of looks.
