Car description

This 1970 Volkswagon Beetle Coupe is Serial number 1102658304 and has less than 57,000 miles.
Finished in Teal Blue with a black interior, this desirable sunroof model benefits from a full restoration. Full strength 1,600 cc dual-port motor with carburetor. Transmission shifts well in all 4 forward gears and into reverse. Excellent rust- and corrosion-free Northern California car. Engine is clean, tuned, and has a new muffler installed with new chrome exhaust pipes. Engine runs excellent. Beautiful new paint. Body is near perfect showing no accidents, rust bubbles, or blisters. Floor pans are solid with no holes. This Beetle runs and drives splendidly, the steering is tight, brakes are excellent, and the car steers well and stops straight. Everything on this car has been properly sorted, restored, or replaced with too many parts to list. Speedometer fully functional. Interior features new carpeting, new headliner, new upgraded seats, and sunroof including crank mechanism and weather molding. What a great investment that goes up in value all while you enjoy driving it

We bought this two years ago at Russo and Steele for over $9000 and would happily keep it but we simply are running out of room so this one is reluctantly being offered for sale. I have driven many many many Volkswagen beetles and without a doubt this is the best runing and driving one I have ever had the pleasure drive. It has never let us down and we drive it once a month and get just as much attention in it as we do our expensive $50,000 hot rod's LOL.... It's a very tight with out any squeaks or rattles they normally have. It has great rubber and no leaks. The only flaw is the light on the speedometer is burn out but I will try to get to it this week. Everything else works just as it should, you could look at evety Volkswagen beetles on eBay and not find one that drives this nice.
