Someone please love her and take her back to her glory days!!!She's a pretty 1964 VW Kombi 11-window splitty. She has some "character." This old girl wasmeant to get a restoration for my mother, but she has since purchased a restored bus and I am looking to help her sell. My whole family has VWitis, but we are getting a handle on it by selling to fellow bus-lovers. This one isn't necessarily a "project," unless you can't see past the cosmetic imperfections. She runs and drives very strong, shifts smooth and has four tires with good rubber that will last another 40K+ miles. The motor and trans were rebuilt by the previous owner. I don't know how many miles he put on it after that, but it wasn't a lot. She has spent her lifegrowing up in the dry desert of Arizona so she is in pretty goodshape where rust is a concern. I have posted pics of what little rot she does have. Someone, please take her by the wheel and show her some love.
