1962 CLASSIC VW BUG
I am selling this classic VW because I just moved out of state. This is a great car to finish yourself in the colors you have always dreamed of. There has been a lot of work done to finish the body ready for a shop to take it to the next level (this will save you at least $1000).
We recently put a new 1776cc engine in the car that has less than 5k miles on it. There was also other extensive work done to make this a solid driver for the future as before my move this was my dream car. We added 0.25 bearings, brass crank gear, D.H. Fan shroud, chrome backing plate, chrome rear trim, D.H. Fan, oil cooler, oil cooler adapter, small d.h. tins, Chromoly push rods, clutch disc, pressure plate, alt. pulley, chrome alt. pulley nut, tall coup, sand seal pulley, new tires and wheels, new speakers and vintage style radio, new upholstery, new steering wheel, new alternator converted to electric, breaks have been adjusted and redone, adjustable suspension, new molding, new horn, lights adjusted and bright blinkers work well, brand new front bumper.
As you can see I wanted to really restore this as nice as possible to last me the next decade. Car has no paint as we speak but like I said, you can now add your dream color palate.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. $500 deposit due after sale, balance to be paid by bank wire. If check we must wait until check has cleared our account. Car sold as is, please ask any and all questions. Odometer shows 19,000 miles but we are not responsible for accuracy. We do know for a fact that the rebuild miles are less than 5,000
