ORIGINAL WESTFALIA CAMPER WITH ALL INTERIOR PARTS AND Z-BED! This bus has a really cool patina, and all of the original Westfalia interior parts are still present and in good condition. The bus would make a fun winter project and be ready for springtime fun next year! Take a look at the video, pictures, and details below, then call Erick at 678-908-6006.
Cosmetic
  • Paint/Body: Sides and top are straight overall with only a minor dent or two. Front has rust along the bottom behind the bumper. Rear hatches are in excellent condition and rust free. Drip rails are all solid and rust free. Lots of new exterior parts like the lights and side markers.
  • Interior: Front seats have newer upholstery and are in great condition. Rear accessories are all there and original upholstery is still in very presentable condition. New door panels. Dash is in good shape.
  • Glass/Windows: All of the glass is present and in good condition with no cracks. Windows roll up and down easily.
  • Trunk: Trunk panel has been cut to access the engine easily from the top. Original mattress pad is still there in good shape. Rear floor pans and spare tire well are in good condition with no rust.
  • Undercarriage: Floor pans from the rear interior are in very good condition. Front floor pan needs to be patched in front of the drivers seat. Frame rails are mostly rust free with only a few small spots. There is some rust in the front and side floor metal that could use patch welding.
  • Wheels/Tires: Original wheels with older tires.
Mechanical
  • Drivetrain: Original type 4 engine has a lifter knock. It starts easily and does not overheat, but the engine needs to be serviced or rebuilt. Transmission shifts through the gears and clutch feels good.
  • Lights/Electrical: All of the lights and turn signals work properly. Interior dome light also works.
  • Brakes: Brakes pump up to stop but need to be serviced before regular driving.
This would be such a cool bus to mechanically restore then drive it like it is. She has a great patina that turns heads everywhere. Watch the video inspection then call Erick at 678-908-6006.
