Up for sale is a really decent 1968 VW Beetle with the auto stick option, (automatic). these auto sticks are fairly rare and very cool to drive. I bought this car with the idea of a total restoration but other projects and issues simply won't allow for that right now. The great news about owning and working on these vintage Bugs is not only their simplicity but all parts are not only available but extremely reasonable price wise. This car needs very little to be a really nice road worthy little attention getter. The only thing that really needs attention is the brakes need to be bled and there is a bracket that holds the brake pedal from coming back too far when you release the brake pedal. It starts right up, runs well, doesn't smoke, goes right into gear and runs strong. The speedo shows a little over 95,000 miles but I believe this car has either had engine work or perhaps a newer engine installed as it truly doesn't smoke. The other great part about these little beetles is they are really becoming collector vehicles with prices increasing nicely. Like I said that's why I bought it to really make it into a true awesome classic. If you're looking for a nice little fun to work on and even fun to drive project, this one just might be for you.
