1971 Vw Super Beetle Baja styling restored all new int.and paint excellent cond.

This car hasNEVER been off road. It was just customized w/ fiberglass hood, front cowl, fenders and engine cowl.

I wanted it to be a customizedstreet car with wide street tires. Something a little different.It's too NICEto take off road. Do what you want??? Either way, raised or lowered, on street or off road,it is CLEAN!!!
Interior: New paint, New headliner, front and rear panels, Carpet kit and dashboard w/ burl inserts at speedometer area. New custom steering wheel.Very nicely done. Int. door handles and cranks are not shone in pics.. I do have them. I have a Pioneer super tuner stereothat I wanted to put into glove boxto keep from cutting into new dash.

Odometer reads 48,500 I can't verify it's original. I can say the pan underneath has never been torn up or bottomed out. This vehicle has never been off road. It was convertedwith a Baja styling kitin the restore. ABSOLUTELY ZERO RUST!!!
Exterior: Now completed New paint Int. and ext. NOT ONE SCRATCH!!!This bug has been done in avery clean manor!!!All new window rubber/gaskets and windows re-installed. New front windshield and new rubber. New ext.stainlesschrome kit installed. Nice polished slotted aluminum mags w/ matching sparemag. (Period correct.)Good tread on front and ok tread on rear.New owner to pick tire style and sizes. I was going to keep it on the street with widerstreet styletires. It's just too pretty to take off road. Arizona pin striping (scratches) not my thing.
Engine/Trans.: Completely rebuilt. 1835 dual port w/ dual Delorta carbs. and lots of chrome W/ less than 1000 miles. Enough power toget your heart pumping.Header w/turn down muffler that you can easily change to stinger if wanted. Exterior oil cooler and filter. This bug is FAST!! McPhearson front end suspension. Adjustable frontsprings for height changes.(Slightly lowered and easily raised or lowered to your liking.) IRS transmission will send you down the road at 90 MPHwith no problem. (Slightly lowered and easily raised or lowered to your liking..) All new HP clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out bearing and clutch cable.

RECAP:
The NEW paint is done now and Baja stylebody and fenderkit install is NOW completed with all new rubber. NOT ONE SCRATCH!!The ext.door handles have been installed. New seat upholstery. Front seats are now completed and installed. I have the rear seat installedbut many people put roll bars in, deleting rear seat. All Lights are now installed. All newStainless steel/Chrome strips down the side. New custom steering wheel. This bug has turned out beautiful!!! This is a 10k+ bug. VERY LITTLE needs done. IT"S SO CLOSE!!! Bring out the Gas Monkey in your life!! Actually NO Gas Monkey needed for what is left.
Left to do: Door windows w/ felt and wiper rubber needs to be installed.I have all hardware for both. I have both wing windows also. I was debating on putting one piece door windows with a wing vent delete kit. (looks very nice when installed.)Maybe a couple of things other than that.
