A 1973 VW SuperBeetle convertible that runs, drives, stops and has many, many additional parts for you to install. I have owned this vehicle since 2009. During my ownership the VW has been driven less than 1000 miles and has been garage kept. I purchased many new & used parts to bring this car back to respectability but time, age and health have changed my plans. I planned to rehab the vehicle while driving it between repairs. The vehicle and all of the related parts will be sold together as a single transaction.A previous owner had rust or damage repairs performed at some point but not professional quality. There is some rust under the rear seat behind the battery area, repairs to the metal under the running boards, the panels between the doors and the rear fenders are wavy and some minor rust areas as seen in the photos. The paint was poorly applied over the fender welting and has orange peel. The black top is in good shape with a white headliner. The odometer has not worked since I bought the car but I have a used, replacement speedometer with mileage in the low 80,000 area. Last summer, the aftermarket radio stopped working along with the right taillight/license plate lamp. The fuse is good but it looks like the light wires melted together.I have six fenders, (4 aftermarket & 2 used rear), numerous (new, used) suspension parts, interior parts, trim pieces, front/rear lights, bumpers, running boards, engine parts and four larger used tires on slotted mag wheels with adapters, nuts and chrome lugs. Many of the parts are in plastic bins or boxes. I have no body panels other than the fenders. If you can do the repairs - you can drive a nice VW convertible and save $.Please ask questions or schedule an inspection of the vehicle before you bid.I will answer to my best recall any questions about the vehicle or parts on hand.Sorry - No zero (0) Feedback buyers. Thanks for looking.
