Car description |

1974 VW Beetle (not Super)
1600 CC Dual Port Engine (newer used engine just put in)
4 Speed Manual transmission
Does have some rust, but not as much as it looks like it should, most is just for the Patina/ Rat rod look. a spot in the drive floor needs patched, has rust bubbles behind window.
Has lots of custom/ Fun stuff: Green Halo Headlights (with bright bulbs, you can actually see at night), Led Front turn Signals (relocated), I took the back seat out and put a nice wood flooring down (you can haul a lot more stuff back there now, I do still have the backseat if you want to bolt it back in), it has a Roof Rack, has a cool horn, Tuxedo Seat covers, and a Skull mounted in the back that opens its mouth when you push the gas!
all the lights and signals work
It is running great since we had the engine replaced.
I think that pretty much covers it, It even has a tow bar and can be pulled with anything with a tow hitch (I pulled it with my mini van). So easy to pick up anytime.
Now for the hard part - Pricing - My wife says its Priceless (or One Million Dollars), I have seen these in this shape (the rust you see is mostly for looks, it is actually a very solid car) for between 4,000 and 6,000 bucks. So I am in the Midwest, I would say around $4000 will buy it or make an offer / trade (I would like another bus).
Thanks and have a Great Day
