Legally Imported Brazilian - 1978 VW Brasilia
Clean fresh interior, exterior paint, all new window, door and trunk seals.
A Brasilia is a Type 1 VW (Type I) which is the same as Bug (beetle), Karmann Ghia and Thing (Safari) and shares the wider pans with the Ghia & Thing. This is not a Squareback, 411 or 412 or any Type 3 (Type III)
The motor is stock 1600 cc Dual Port with Dual Carburetors. Transmission is 4 speed manual. Speedometer is in Km and is 115611Km or 71837 Miles. Fuel gauge and Ignition are in Portuguese so definitely a fun conversation starter.
This is ready to drive and enjoy. Title is clear and in transfer status from the recent import from Brazil. You will be the first titled US owner. All the necessary paperwork will be included for you to register it. The cool Brazilian license plates come with the car.
There are only four known Brasilias in the US so this is a rarity for sure.
California buyers you may want me to register it here in Colorado since CA DMV is so fussy on registering cars made for non US markets. Registering it outside the state first becomes a transfer title vs. import vehicle, I'm from CA and have dealt with vintage VW's and the CA DMV on many vehicles.
NO RESERVE
