ORIGINAL 1965 EMPI GTV KARMANN GHIA ECONO MOTORS

Up for sale here is a very rare oppurtunity to own the original ECONO MOTORS in RIVERSIDES ORIGINAL EMPI GTV KARMANN GHIA! I purchased this car a few years ago from empi collector resto johnny in riverside Ca. I have been gathering all the parts for it all this time. So to start off witht the suspension i believe the trans is matching numbers with a super diff, The front beam is a dropped spindle beam, It has brms all the way around. I have the original Fumio FUKAYA motor minus the heads, it is in short block form, has alightened flywheel, and it still has its mega rare pre empi aluminum pulley and valve covers, very rare as well. The back glass still has the original fumio fukaya sticker on it. I have your choice on seats, either a set of stock ghia seat frames or the original fiberglass seats are available. It has a front and rear bumpers that are blades the rear is fine the front center piece on the front blade should be replaced but the sides are fine. I have all glass but the front windshield, and I also have the front chrome trim for the front windshield as well. comes with a super nice empi coach steering wheel and the three gtv gauges that fit in the dash and it has the EMPI drag shifter as well. The front clip has a headlight bucket out but I have it. And the front clip needs a lil massaging work but not bad at all especially in ghia terms. The pan is extremely solid with a rust hole behind the passenger seat thats it.
