VW DUNE BUGGY

I am transferring jobs and I have too many cars to take with me. Up for sale is my Dune Buggy (Myers Manx style). So the story goes my friend brought this back from California in 1980. It has been setting in his garage for many, any years. I purchased it a couple of years ago to restore. I had it painted and an engine put in but that's as far as I made it. I have moved 4 times in 3 years and I cant keep moving this car with me.

The car is in great shape. The paint was done 1 year ago. The floors are great. Has rare fiberglass roof that resembles a vinyl roof. I have the curtains for it but they will need replaced. I had a mechanic in GA go through the car. He wired the lights, id some break work, nstalled the motor and did some work on steering. The car still needs gone through.The motor runs but needs the exhaust put on car. I bought a stinger style exhaust but I don't want to cut the fiberglass to install so I think trumpets would be best.

This car is mostly finished but I recommend if you buy it to go through the entire car to look at all the parts. It sat in a garage for years and since I have owned it has been garaged. Take a look at the pics. It looks great and has a fun stance.

Car does need tires and new glass in windshield. Lots of extras included. The pink pool noodles under the top is to protect the paint. It needs something added so the roof wont scratch paint or take top off and cruise.
