With kid #3 arrival, t's time to sell my '70 Ghia coupe w/auto-stick. CA/AZ vehicle with virtually no rust. The previous owner bought the Ghia in 1978 in Van Nuys CA with 52,000 miles. There was a complete interior/exterior restoration in 1992 (92,000 miles). The previous owner passed away in 1998, nd the Ghia was garaged until 2003, hen my parents bought it for me. I've spent years finding all of the parts and restoring the Ghia.2008 (114,763 miles):$8,000 body / paint jobNOS ATK period correct longblock replacement motor - straight out of the 35+ year old crate.2010 (116,090 miles):Rebuilt transmissionThorough "going over"Current mileage: 116,790. Which means: 2,027 miles on the motor. 700 miles on the transmission. New tires in 2013.There's a laundry list of new/rebuilt pieces throughout the car. I haven't driven the car much since getting married and starting my family in 2010.I have the paperwork/receipts dating back to 1978.Although the car is garaged, here are some small cracks in the paint. The car is stock as a rock, uns and handles great. It just is not practical for a family of 5.*SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY*
