1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Restore Project With Parts

For Sale1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia (In need or restoration or can be used for parts)Has key and a clean New Jersey Title. Last time registered and driven was 2002Car has been in the family for 30 years. Has been garage kept and awaiting restoration for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, e need to find it a new home and hope someone with the ability to restore it or use for its parts will be able to take it.It was my mother's car since the 80's. She drove it periodically into the 90's. A friend of hers started and never finished a restore job in the early 90's. In about 1999, nother attempt to restore it with new floor boards, nd brake job was done. It was moved around until about 2006, hen I acquired it and it has been in my garage basically untouched ever since. It did start and run around then, ut hasn't been attempted since. The engine did run when it was last put away. I believe it is 1200 cc engine. I do not believe this is the original engine and I do not know how many miles are on the car or engine.
