1974 Triumph TR-6. this 34000 mile california car is in very nice conditio, it is a fantastic driver, it handles great and has tremendous power .the motor was rebuilt because it had a bad camshaft, one lobe was worn down. because of the low mile, it did not require a rebore or crank regrin, it is still standard sized. it has heavy duty lifter, chrome moly extra length pushrods, triple layer bearing, performance cam, 9.5 -1 compression head from 1972 motor with the bigger new stainless ex. valve, new intake valve, heavy duty valve springs with alloy keepers the ports were also cleaned up. the thermostat housing or water pump housing is allo, rear engine plate is alloy and so is the flywhee, which has a spec heavy duty clutch. it has a new electronic distributor with a sports coi, real italian weber 40 dcoe carbs with velocity stacks and air filter socks .they are dialed in perfec, electric fan conversion ex. header and dual exaust with stainless steel resonators.it has gear reduction starter, and new alternator .spin on oil filter kit. slotted drilled rotors with 4 piston calipers,in the back finned alloy brake drums with new shoes and larger wheel cylinders to balance out the braking ss brake lines..suspension was rebuilt front and rear with poly urathane bushing, heavy duty front and rear anti roll bars with heim joint links .solid steering rack mts.,spax adjustable front shock, front wheel spindles have anti flex collars, what a huge difference it makes on brake pedal travel. trans. and overdrive rebuil, rear resealed. 3 ear knock offs holding dayton 6 x 15 spoke rims, dunlop 205/55/15 tires .motalita steering whee, new wood dash and interior ki, top was replace, has full tonneau cover and boot cover original jack with spare wheel. .bumpers mounted with early lighter mounts .nice cd radi, owners manual, sales brochure included. modern style seat belts complete the packag, with overdrive this car can keep up with anyon, did i mention 0 to 60 in about 6.5 seconds.it was repainted original color one tim, and looks great .the underneath is not hiding under a layer of tar, you can see the factory red primer in the pic. of under the car, no rust. i have probably missed a few detail, bottom line is this is the best driving tr6 period . the date on the pics. is not righ, i took the pics. a few days ago thanks geoff.
