About this vehicleThis 1975 Triumph Spitfire 1500 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's Notes75 Spitfire is almost rust free,has surface rust on inside of floor from washing car. 1 hole from impact from under car,circled in picture. Has a Weber carb and Triumph Tune header and exhaust system. No smog required in California,unsure in other states. I have owned his car for almost 20 years and done a lot of updates.I will also include a overdrive transmission and drive shaft and a new top with the sale that I havenever installed.With a bit of work this will be a great car. Car is currently registered and insured. I do not recommend driving long distance since it hasn’t be used in a while. I also have 3 parts cars and a lot of new and used parts I will offer to the buyer at a great price. I have lowered the reserve to almost the highest bid on the first auction. Car is currently licensed and insured,the exhaust connection from header and exhaust pipe needs work. Car runs well but final carburetor tuning will be needed if planing to drive long distance. I may deliver car if local (50 miles or so). I have many new parts that I may be willing to sell at a good price to the buyer along with three parts cars.
