Hi there,
The Supercharger works well - it makes the sportscar experience what it was supposed to be, so a bit more low end torque and high end torque, never had anything done to it or any repairs. I've not thought about it since it was installed (probably 5 years ago before the rebuild of the engine and transmission / carburetor(s). Bennett French, local proprietor, made a series for a while for the TR6 and the Spitfire and wanted to grow that business, but ultimately did not - he restores rare cars, is local. The paint on a scale of 1 to 10 would be a 10 if 10 is the highest - it looks as if it was just painted, it stays in a storage unit unless driven on occasions, and won Best Spitfire and 2nd Best Triumph in the local Autumn in the Mountains annual car show by vote, behind a pretty immaculate Red TR3. I could probably find the photos from that day if needed - bright sunny day. I can check with the body shop that does all our body work, I believe it was painted 2-3 years ago, head to toe. If you have any other questions, you can reach me via eBay or via the email attached to the account dsnider506@gmail.com if you want more photos. I will attempt to attach some of them here
Gratefully yours, Dave Snider 336-577-4283 mob
