This car has always been worked on by professionals using the best, correct parts. Nothing Mickey Mouse. One repaint that has stood up very well. Extremely solid car. Frame is excellent and straight. If you want underside pictures just ask. Complete and correct. Lots of work and parts done this season. I just did valve clearances, serviced, balanced and synchronized carbs and put new throttle cross shaft bushes in the body. Inside of engine very clean with no sludge. Always maintained right. Recent new front and rear springs and shocks. New battery and alternator. I have also done Full brake system rebuild, (except for booster can which works perfectly), ball joints, water pump, seat diaphragms, seat foam, door seals, shaft seals, front and rear main seal, new grille, trim, fuel sender, fuel fill hose, differential mounts, axle shaft bearings, fuel lines, fuel tank restoration, visors, wiring, console sides, window seals and much much more in the past. Very nice top but needs a couple snaps, (supplied), rear plastic is wrinkly but clear as new. Needs new hood rubbers but they are included. Car always driven with top down. Does NOT burn oil. Just a smidge on start up after sitting. No leaks. This will not leave stains all over the floor. Never runs hot. Handles great. Fires right up, runs strong and smooth with good power. Excellent up and down shifting and recent clutch with pilot bearing, clutch shaft and fork. Recent carpets. Excellent dash top. Dash wood could stand a refinish as it has some surface cracks. Windshield rubber has a some shrink cracking but does not leak. Bumper chrome has a little surface rust behind over riders. Rear bumper has an area of chrome lift next to the left rear over rider above exhaust (see pictures). Everything works as it should. Switches and gauges all work but inside of some gauges faded. More modern radio. Picture of right side door shows some pebbly/shiny texture that is the shiny floor reflection not rust. Engine bay has some surface rust showing on seams but it is not bubbling or through and looks worse in the pictures than it is. If you want close ups or other pictures please ask.
Comes with one quart of exterior paint, factory owners manual, Clymer workshop manual, Moss Motors parts catalog, factory brochure, service receipts, tonneau and top cover as well as air injection pump and related components that have been removed from car. Excellent tires with very low miles, (P20575R15). This car can be driven anywhere with no worries.
I will help with transport and am willing to deliver within 75 miles from Canterbury, CT zip 06331 for free, (excluding NY City).
