Car description |
---|
Custom project 1980 Triumph Spitfire. Has been restored to be a custom car with a custom interior, side exhaust, custom wheels, and sound system. Motor only has 700 miles on it. New carbs (weber) and side exhaust not installed yet due to sound isolation for the muffler needing to be replaced. Also will include the Kehin performance carbs that I could never get to work.Have the hard top and bumpers not shown. Hard top is painted like the body with clear coat applied.Bumpers are old chrome and have a little rust, will need some work. Entire car has dynamat under the carpet.
Rear differential recently rebuilt and new fuel system installed fuel has been resting in tank for awhile and will need to be drained as well as an oil change. No rust and frame is powder coated red. Things that need to be repaired are the sound isolation bolts for the exhaust, the trunk needs its dynamat/carpet replaced due to a fuel leak a year ago, there is a knocking in the rear left wheel well, and the driver door handle and door is opened up to replace the mechanism. The door will have to be reassembled and the dynamat replaced. During the last wind storm in Reno one of the cover straps came loose and has scratched the paint on the passenger door and undercarriage beneath the door. Any other questions feel free to ask.
