This car was recently purchased from the state of New Jersey where it had been kept in a heated garage for it's entire life. As a result, this rustfree and accident-free car has been well taken care of.The body on this car is exceptionally good with no signs of accidents or repairs. It received a single, good quality repaint over it's factory desirable Carmine Red, that appears to have been color sanded and buffed to a beautiful finish. Panel gaps look per factory with nice closing doors, trunk, and hood. The car's underside was undercoated for protection at one point, and looks entirely solid and original,The car's interior trim is nice with a newer wood dashboard, with seats, dash pads, carpets, and panel kit in good order. A new windshield was fitted along with a fresh gasket. The softop fits snug and is the expensive OEM reflective stripe type.The car still retains it's original paintwork in the engine compartment and trunk. The engine bay looks extremely clean and nicely detailed for a car of this age, and condition is well above most other TR-6's.Mechanically, the car feels like a well-maintained original. The engine starts easily on the key, revs well with great oil pressure and no smoke, and pulls the car happily down the road. The gearbox and rear axle operate fine. Steering, suspension, and brakes feel good. There is evidence of a newer muffler fitted.The car includes it's very nice original top boot and tonneau cover in black, along with some sundry spares, pictured.Overall, a well preserved, two-owner, low mileage TR-6 with updated cosmetics as needed. This very attractive and honest car is appropriately priced and will prove good value going forward.
