Before I part this TR6 out into a million pieces, I will see if anyone is interested in a very nice Triumph TR6 project. This is a 1974 Triumph TR6 Roadster. French blue Triumph paint code 126..It has been off the road last 20 years. It is in all round nice clean rustfree original shape. Very nice Arizona rustfree body. Repainted once over original paint. Has clear coat los, scratches and other issues and really should be painted again. . .This has the factory steel hardtop. Pretty much bone stock. Though the recently done cloth seats are not. Factory trim code is 11 or black. This car was owned by a longtime TR6 guy who was trying to restore this one over the years. There is a trunkload of parts in the trunk.Rubber molding, etc. Windshield is taped in with duct tape and will need to be installed with new rubber.,which may be in the trunk. The softop is not mounted. I tried to show it in a picture or 2. It probably can be used with some work. I did not want to play with much as it has been stored, poorly, in the rear boot area for like 20 years,. There are no rips tears and with some treatment, might be saved. Car has a nice roll bar. Gauges look like they are all loose and were in the process of being taken out for the restoration. Looks like new carpet. Seats have been redone and are not mounted yet to the seat tracks which are in the trunk. There is a plastic nose front lower valance in the car. The beauty rims are in pretty nice shape. Has luggage rack. The only rust I could find was on the lower front left fender area. I tried to show it in a picture. It happened where the chrome bottom molding was drilled thru the fender for mounting and chrome and steel do not mix real well. Rust happens. Somewhere in the distant past someone cut out the frame stiffener plate in the rear end so they could install the muffler pipe thru there. The trunk floor, floorboards, rockers are all in nice clean rustfree shape. The engine turns over easily. Have no history on it other than a Arizona Emission certificate from 1996 showing 91,000 miles or so. And that it passed the test. Think it was taken off the road right after that as the last registration shows 1997. Will need fluids, belts, tune up, hot battery, carbs cleaned, hydraulics and such checked and gone over. This will be a great one to work on thru the Winter and have it on the road by spring. This TR6 needs work. You can not drive it now. It will not run now without some minor work.. But most everything is there to get it going again. These are getting harder and harder to find. Especially with such a solid base as this one has,. Straight clean Arizona title .. I travel around the West Coast with my truck and trailer and might be able to get it to you or close. And can arrange trucking to Long Beach California shippers for overseas buyers for $300. Clean straight title. Let me know if you have any questions or need any different pictures
