**PLEASE SCROLL DOWN THE AD LISTING PAGE TO VIEW A COMPLETE SET OF DETAILED PHOTOS OF THE VEHICLE**Offered for sale, from KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, is this very nice TR-6 presented in British Racing Green with Biscuit trim. This car was purchased from an elderly gentleman from Illonois who no longer could drive his pride and joy Triumph because of age/health issues. This car was restored some time ago but still presents very well, and is an excellent performer out on the road. The straight bodywork and good paint on this car still present very well, although it is an older respray. There are some various small chips here and there, with maybe a ding or two. There is some minor typical bubbling just starting to show along the rear tonneau/ fender edge joints, but really doesn't need to be addressed yet. The panels open and shut fine with decent alignment. The car was thoroughly painted along with a complete engine compartment respray as well as the trunk. The car's interior is in very good to excellent condition. The seats and panel kit are nearly new in the correct materials. The seats are properly upholstered and padded well, and are very comfortable while driving the car. The black carpets were also renewed at the time of restoration. There is a brand new quality black soft top that needs finishing fitting to the existing top frame mounted in the car. The dashboard facia appears to be the original wood and is now showing some age. The dash pads, crash pads, switch plate, console all look fine and in great condition. All of the instruments are functioning well. The car's engine starts easily on the key, is well-tuned, and makes all of the right TR-6 noises out of a great sounding exhaust system. Oil pressure is excellent, there is no smoke or noises, and the car just revs silky smooth. The car performs well with good brakes, strong clutch, steering, suspension. This car has been well taken care of. The previous owner's grandson commented on making a 500-mile journey in it with no issues. The engine compartment presents very clean and detailed, which you will seldom find on a TR-6.Overall, this very attractive TR-6 is finished in the right colors and is mechanically excellent. It could use a few easy finishing knick-knicks, but is very good value in the current classic car market.
