Car description

Very rare six cylinder Triumph. Only one year production. It is pimento red paint with tan interior. The car features new interior, new dash, new carpet, new upholstery, new top, and a new boot. It is offered for far lower than the restoration costs. Receipts since 1978.
Current owner bought it in 1978 (39 years) he disassembled it to restore the car. He was a paint and body man at a body shop. However, he took a new job in an unrelated field requiring all of his attention and the project was put on hold. He began again in 2009 and finished this spring with recent mechanical.
The driving experience is of a very fresh and tight car. The overdrive makes this a very nice highway driving car. The sound deadening makes a difference as well.
TR6 doors with side impact beams. Sources clean TR4 wings, NOS hood. Super clean car.
No rust, fresh frame-off repaint, well done respray. Emergency bonnet release installed.
Engine, transmission, and overdrive less than 1000 miles on rebuild by local Triumph specialist, Silver Lakes Triumph Centre in the Spring 2017. Has great oil pressure.
Suspension: Urethane bushings front and rear. Rear adjustable control arm kit. New wire wheels, new tires, new brakes master and calipers, silicone brake fluid.

New reinforced differential mounts and new bushings.
