Car description

I am selling a Triumph TR3A (TS79322) I have the original bill of sale from the dealership. It lists the sale date as 9/26/61. The odometer reads 16290, so I believe the mileage to be 116290
This car is a great driver. I drive it year round but especially in the summer. Last summer I drove it from Portland to Sisters, OR over the Santiam Pass. The gears and engine feel strong and it handles terrific.
I have had a lot of work done to this car, some recent items (last 2-3 years) include:
Replacement of upper ball joints, tie rod ends and bushingsInstallation of Petronix IgnitionGeneratorSolenoidWater pump with uprated impeller blades, fail safe thermostat, new radiator hoses and fan beltNew fuel pumpNew oil pressure lineNew tires with new full size spareReplaced exhaust pipes and exhaust manifoldReplaced front hubs and bearingsBrake workBrand new Leather interior and carpet
Other items I will include:Original Dash board - currently there is a custom wood dashHubs for wire wheels (these are practically new)Cockpit sun cover (pictured)Soft top (excellent condition)Door WindowsOriginal tools like the engine crank and jackTriumph branded picnic blanket - brand newOriginal Owners handbook and Maintenance Voucher BookCar Cover
I have been "working through" the car over the last few years replacing things and updating. In addition to that, I have kept up regular service, oil changes and inspections. I have documentation of everything done all the way back to the original bill of sale. All systems work as they should with the exception of the heater. It turns on but the hot water supply to it has been disconnected, so no hot air. I have never painted this car. It looks good from 10 feet away, but needs a paint job to finish the cosmetic restoration. There looks to have been some rust repair in trunk, but all other areas look good. There's some "spidering" in the paint which I have tried to show in the photos. The original owner installed a bonnet lock, which has cracked paint around it. Work I was planning to do next: a clutchadjustment (clutch feels a little far out), and acarburetor cleaning (choke sticks sometimes).
If you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to see the car please email me.
