Car description

Ebay's allowance of 24 photos does not allow me to show the magnificent beauty and detail of this final year of production Triumph TR6. Fully documented with all factory & dealer docs including original bill of sale on British Leyland window sticker. (See photo included)A finer example of a 1976 Tahiti blue TR6 would be difficult to find. This car's body was totally disassembled with all bumpers and lights, top and interior & dash removed for a full repaint including under the hood and in the trunk. (I have a full set of photos each stage to show it), and repainted in gorgeous Tahiti Blue. Originally the car was Russet brown which just did not do the car justice. There was no rust anywhere on this car! Solid fenders, rockers, floors (see photos showing carpet removed from floorboards). In addition, ALL rubber seals and parts were removed and new ones installed, including the windshield seal, hood buffers & seal, trunk seal, inner & outer door seals, door jamb surround, side post seals, etc.New factory style custom wood dash by the finest craftsmen at The Roadster Factory. New dash top, ashtray, hardware!Interior is factory beige with new carpets, new seat tracks, door panels, upper door cap trim (factory type), etc!New quality convertible top installed onto restored top bows with all factory type new rubber seals at upper window area, and top frame to windshield seal.Mechanically this car is excellent, with an engine that runs like new with that smooth purr only a TR6 six cylinder has. Exhaust system renewed! A transmission that shifts as smooth as glass. Brake booster & master cylinder renewed. Much more but far too many new parts to recall or list!Factory wheels with new beauty rings. Kuhmo tires of proper size installed versus the Michelin redlines because of improved drivability and handling characteristics.NO expense spared on this car. Don't be fooled by cheaper offerings as you cannot reproduce this car for the price with all parts and labor completed on this fine vehicle!Bumpers are original and I elected not to re-chrome them, so they show some light patina from age.Running for a short 5 day auction so grab this opportunity while you can!Terms: I am offering the car typically like any resale vehicle with no warranties, expressed or implied. I welcome serious buyers to come view the car prior to auction end. All sales final after auction close. I have clear title in my name that will be sent to you after full payment. I will assist with your chosen transporter, or drive the car home! Deposit of $1000 by Paypal, with the balance due within 10 days by cash, wired funds, or Paypal if you add fees. Pick-up within 2 weeks unless arranged otherwise prior to auction end.
