Car description |

1975 White Triumph TR6. V.I.N. # CF39327U. I did a frame off restoration that lasted ten (10) years. Frame has been straightened, reinforced, welded and powder coated. Driver side fender and front valence replaced. Rear differential rebuilt. Front end sway bar has been replaced with more substantial one. The engine is my pride, it has had the following:
*Cylinders bored to 9/1000 over *Combustion chambers burette equalized, valves unshrowded and chamber polished * Head shaved to give compression ratio of 9.8:1 *new hardened valve seats *oversized exhaust valves *Block "decked" *Connecting rods lightened, balanced, equalized and shot peened *Crank balanced *Flywheel lightened *new "P.I. injected" cam *balanced, hollow push rods * Balanced Hepolite pistons *Intakes modified for better air flow and air abraded for better mixture *Exhaust modified for better flow and polished * Manifolds matched to intake and exhause ports *jet coated stainless steel headers
The car is a "driver". It starts and runs really well and is in great shape. It has 55,370 original miles on it but only around 3,000 since the rebuild.
I have enjoyed working on it and driving it and I am ready to let someone else enjoy it as well.
