1969 triumph spitfire too seater stick shift

rust -trunk lid at bottom replace or fix. two spots on hood and one fender has two spots very little all lights an refletors ok except pss front has crack in lense paint chips needs complete strip and repaint front bumper missing center piece.tires inflate but not road ready new floor boards and new trunk floor has hard top but no rubber has convertable top but no frame. engine has been rebuilt trans four speed ok has door panels an lots of misc. has all chrome no brakes emergenty brake ok all gauges in but not working
