Car description

Up for auction is amy very nice 1973 Triumph TR-6 ( 4 speed non-overdrive ). This is ararenumbers matching car with no know rust issues. 1973 was the last year for the solid chrome bumpers which makes her that much more desirable. As you can see the car isa verynice driver quality condition car. Last year the car hadover $6000 spent on her and it shows. The car sports new interior, igh endcloth soft top and newer Coker Classic Redline tires.I will make every effort to detail everything about the car so all interested will be fully informed prior to bidding. Mechanicals:The car runs and drives like a dream! The car wasjust professionallyserviced whichincludeda complete tune up, arburetors balanced & tuned, oil changed, il filter replaced, air filters replaced, ransmission fluid serviced, rear end fluid servicedand all otherfluids topped off.The car received anew clutch kit and new u-joints about 1000 miles ago.The car starts right up withno issues orsmoke. The engine is strong and has great acceleration. The brakes and clutchpeddles are strong and firm. The car shifts up / down through all the gears with no issues. The engine is tight with no know fluid leaks. Steering is tight and responsive andshe handles very well on the road. The upgrade duel exhaust sounds awesome!! Electrical's:This area is in greatcondition. The following items are in proper working order: headlights ( high & low beam) wor, ipers work, ront & rearturn signals work, ront & rear running lights work, front and rear side maker lights work, brake lights work, backup lights work, license plate lights work, ash gauge lights work, ashindicator /warninglights work, blower fan works, azard switch works and the trunk light works. Gauges:All gauges are correct and original "Smith" brand. Interior: Absolutely fabulous !!It'sinlike newcondition and looks asgood in person as it does in the photos. Last year well over $3000 was spent getting her to look this nice. You name it and itswas probably replaced. The car also sports a new high end Alpine stereo system. Exterior:The car looksvery nicebut stillshould be considered as a" driver"or higher( opinions vary ). The extremely high end "cloth" black soft top along with the newer "Coker Classic" Redline tires really set the car off.The carsitsnicely on the ground with no visible signsleaning orsagging. Look at howwellthe body, ood, runk and doors fit. As seen all body panels, ood, runk anddoors arelaserstraight with no dings or dents. The rocker panels are solid and in nice condition. Note: there is a small crack in the drivers rear rurn signal lens but don't fret I have ordered a new one from the UK and will have it replaced prior to the car being picked up. Wheel & Tires: The wheels are in nice condition and are wrapped in "Coker Classic" Redline tires. If you know these Coker tires then you know how expensive they are. The tires with shipping and install ran about $900. The tires have less than 1000 miles on them. Soft Top:The soft topis inexceptionalgoodcondition and is "cloth" not the vinyl type. The top alone cost $812 plus shipping and install costfor a total of over $1200.At the same time the soft top was replaced the top frame was completely reconditioned and painted in correct flat black paint. Top folds and stores easily. This topsets the car apart from all others you see out there and looks stunning. Tops / Covers: The car does come with a top cover and a car cover. Trunk:The truck is rock solid and has a new trunk panel kit and trunk light. The car has a spare tire and jack. Underbody:This area looksunbelievably solid as seen in theauction photo.I do have more underbody photos available upon request. Offers: I think the car is worth every penny of what I'm asking but willing to accept respectful offers. Please no "Low Ball" offers. Shipping:If you need to have the car shipped to your location here in the states you can get a fast and free online quote from Able Auto Transport at: http://www.ableautotransport.com/ Overseas Bidders:Yes the auction is open to overseas bidders. The auction is open to overseas bidders and if you need to ship overseas try Schumacher Cargo Logisticsshipping for fast free quotes ( http://www.schumachercargo.com/ ). I'm not an expert and my opinion ofthe car may vary from yours so please look at the photos closely and if you need more information or extra photoslet me knowprior to bidding. I know how hard it is to purchase a car online so please ask any and all questions you have prior to bidding or if you can come see and drive the car for yourself ( I really encourage you to do so ) as I want the winning bidder to be satisfied with the car when it arrives. No warranties / guarantees are expressed or implied. Due to the cars age I'm selling her mileage "exempt".A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auctions end time.
