1980 Toyota Corolla Tercel. Excellent condition, 57,000 miles.

1980 Toyota Corolla Tercel. Condition is "Used". First year of the Corolla Tercel. Toyota's first Front wheel drive car. All maintenance completed, including, timing belt and water pump. No leaks whatsoever, dry underneath. A/C works, is cold. Original paint, no rust. Aftermarket grant steering wheel and Pioneer bluetooth cd player.I do have the original bezel- worth a small fortune- for the factory radio if you would like to find and install it. I also am selling it with rear shocks- doesn't need them yet, a spare brake master cylinder, a spare a/c compressor- the original is in the car and the seals were replaced recently. I will throw in some oil filters, the owners manual and repair manual and a 10w40 Castrol 5 quart for its next change. I also have a replacement oem antenna.Great car- carbureted, so twice to the floor when cold, then crank. Auto trans shifts super smooth. 57,000 miles. According to the previous owner, these are ORIGINAL miles. Please remember this car is before 1984, so there isn't the 17 digit vin and you can't look it up, it isn't there.Quirks: In the year, maybe 5 times when pushing the car hard with the A/C on and going up a steep hill, when I got to the top, it hesitated slightly. I Let up, pushed back down and it was perfect. Also, the original rim is in the trunk for the right front tire- it needs to be replaced, dry rotted. I believe the rim is from a salvage yard and might be slightly bent or the tire wasn't balanced correctly, as it has a slight shimmy at 60 mph and it didn't have this with the original rim and tire.Seats have been recovered. One slight minor tear in the driver's seat. I have the covers on to protect them. Also, the headlights are high powered blue ones, there are floor well lights in side the car and the sills have blue trim. I like them so I left it. You can easily get rid of and discard them if you are a purist. Also, it has an alarm, but I don't use it. I keep it in the garage. The rear speakers sound crackly.I LOVE this car, but unfortunately I have a family member who lost her job. ALL money from the sale will go to her.
