I love these Toyotas for their near indestructible reputation, and the fuel-injected Cummins unit shares that kind of status while also adding huge helping of extra torque. Plus, the stout 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission is built to handle this motor while also providing overdrive comfort. But more than just a motor/trans upgrade, this whole setup was invested in to create a superior go-anywhere machine. This includes a Trail Gear Six-Shooter Kit up front, Dirty 30 axle with trunnion bearing eliminator in the rear, and drilled & slotted four-wheel disc brakes.
