Description
UP for sale is a beautiful 1978 BJ40 Land Cruiser with a diesel engine.-119k original miles with matching engine numbers.-Engine and transfer case were rebuilt in 2015 when the truck was imported from Peru.-Interior and headliner were done in 2018 and are in great condition-A new Bluetooth head unit and speakers have been installed
Truck runs very strong and drives great.-Shifts smooth into all 4 gears and reverse.-Transfer case shifts smooth into all 3 positions-Brakes are relatively new and work very well-Tires have less than 3k miles on them
-Undercarriage is rust free
-An electric heater is included with the sale but is not installed.
The bad:-Some rust spots are starting to show (see pictures)-Takes 2/3 crank attempts to start in the cold (sub 30 degree weather)-Seat belts have some wear-Top is not currently removable (but can be done with some modification)
Clean NJ title in hand.
