Up for auction is a one owner (female owned), stock Toyota MR2. Clean title, smogged, clean Carfax showing no accidents. Drives, shifts, brakes and steers well. If the car is started regularly there is no valve stem seal smoke (very common of Toyotas of this era), but if parked for a while there is some at startup only. All the gauges work, manual door locks and windows. Air conditioning works well, but there is a leak in the system. Stock steel wheels, original spare and jack. The Toyota brand stereo works, but is not the original to the car (I would upgrade to a more modern unit). A California rust free car, it has had a re-paint. The shift-lock button has to be pressed manually to shift out of park. Overall, this a fun car that can be enjoyed on a modest budget, and will only appreciate in value from now on.
The car is sold as-is and as equipped. However, you are welcome to come see and/or have the car inspected before the end of the auction. Payment is due in full within seven days of the end of the sale. California buyers and all in state sales are subject to sales tax, doc., smog & lic. fees. All vehicles in California over ten years old are sold miles 'exempt'. All documentation must be completed in full before releasing the car. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
